Very helpful staff. Very understanding of late payment if you communicate with them. If you run into a bind you can take the item back and they will hold it for you until you can resume payment. Overall a pleasant experience. I bought a gaming PC.

Shady manager scammed me and somehow my bill jump to 400 in a week when it's 128.00 bi weekly and I always paid plus had a line die thru my TV screen spoke to them multiple times about it said they'd fix it and never did. They came and got the stuff forget that bs they can have it charge to much anyways
They are very rude and are only worried about getting their money even if you have never been late on a payment 9am on Monday they begin calling every hour on the hour until you come in. If you have an appointment with them to bring something back they take their own sweet time getting to you. We have had two appointments set up for them to deliver our drying back and both times no show and dont even call to tell us their not coming. We then call and they say we had an "emergency" come up. Will no longer go to Rent-A-Center.
