I really like dealing with Liz or John. Dalton on the other hand is very unprofessional and rude while thinking it's funny to call you by any name that your name could sound like with out calling you by your actual name
They constantly harass you about your bill and charge my card everyday and all they say “it’s in the contract”! Contract says “may contact you” not harass and contact does not mean everyday sometimes multiple times a day!! I had to pay a $35 reinstatement fee for bank card because of the constant charges and was marked fraud. When extra fees are applied THOSE NEED TO BE EXPLAINED!!! I WILL NEVER CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!! Zero accountability on the stores end, just excuses! That treatment will drive customers away because one bad review can deter lots of people away. There is a HUGE difference between “contact” and “Harassment”….my situation is 100% HARASSMENT!
Price was good. Product and contract was great, but it really made me want to send it all back when the store called my phone 3-5 without even so much as 15 seconds in between each one. They did this several times throughout my contract. Call once and leave a voicemail, don't blow my phone up.
They were very nice and helpful. We're so excited to get our furniture and we got a great deal! Went in thinking we were just going to pay weekly for awhile, but found a couch set with cash out price so we will have it paid off pretty quick and it's ours! That's awesome
Love the new crew some very nice and professional people Amber, Liz, and Justin went above and beyond on helping me with my agreement and getting my items I highly recommend Portland Rent-A-Center and will be rent from here again in the future.
