Tim likes to pressure people to buy things which is very annoying. Besides that the in store experience is fine. The real problem is that I ended up paying $4000 for an $800 television, as well as over $1500 on a $600 Playstation 5. All that money, and I can't exchange items past 6 months, discounts and promotions don't apply to existing agreements, and trying to skip a payment occasionally as a benefits member is like pulling teeth. The service of being able to rent to own items is great, but this greedy company is not. It would be great to be refunded done of all that extra money. Charging over 300% in interest and principal rates is absurd! Not to mention, should also be illegal!

Just got a couch from them and the customer service was probably the best ive ever experienced! Very helpful, willing to help and the movers were respectful, on time. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!!

Renta center, your supposed to clear tvs before next sale thanks for the unwanted guest on my Disney. if you were the ones to get on and say next time log out how about being good people and do you'r job like your supposed to and do a factory reset on tvs before sell. Also another reason for one Star is we were great customers. Missed sometimes SOMETIMES! that's why we got the insurance ya we paid for insurance, to help pay when we need, one time they told us we were pretty much bad and becoming a pattern, which if you get the money why does it matter how its paid.then in the end we paid them every dime. And still continued to harrass us. Aaron's will be out go to for now one. We loved renting through renta center. But of course all good things must come to and end.

I gave 2 stars because i filled out 2 applications one online and the other in the store at the Plymouth Indiana location. I came over the very next day to the store to check on my application and the guy said the manager is not in and we were not hiring and then just walked away from me. I felt that was very unprofessional and definitely needs customer service skills refresher done!
