The employees are always very kind and accommodating. They’ll strike up a conversation and treat you like family there. We went in looking for a deep freezer and they didn’t have one in store, got us one just a few hours later. Great customer service and always have a smile on their faces

I love the staff at North Vernon American Rental! They are always friendly, understanding and do their best to help however they can. They changed my delivery time when I had something come up and made it possible to recieve my furniture earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend thier services! I am all the way around satisfied, couldn't ask for better service!
I took my daughter to get her first couch. She was a little nervous but they were extremely helpful, had so many products for her choice from and the entire process took less than 30 mins. Both of us were extremely happy when we left.
