Do not rent from these people. The store manager Dominque is a liar he will tell you one thing and do another. If you do rent from them don’t use the insurance. They claim u have to be on unemployment to use the insurance which make no sense. Returned item and paid other off. They lost yet another good customer after two years

Great service , however they have a problem when you want to pay your items off early. More than twice I tried paying off a few items and each time I was told I had to do that another day. It’s as though they want you to pay the extra interest

Good people, good service and great product. Little hiccup in the beginning but they jumped on it and took care of me. I'll continue doing business with RAC in the future.

Very bad experience, the lady Patricia was highly rude with an attitude! So not recommend having her help you! They are quick to take a payment, and not give you your stuff. Edit: literally told me they were not sending me the items because I didn't qualify without a lease, proceeded to tell me I would get my refund and still haven't received it!

They have very horrible costumer service. They took my deposit to get my living room set delivered the next day. i called them at 6 something asked them if the furniture was out for delivery, and they proceeded to tell me they have to verify me before sending anything out. they needed my lease and didn't say anything about it until i called. mind you the delivery time is from 5-7. i will never shop with them again !
