All the employees at American rental in Martinsville are very kind very nice very helpful and if they ain't got it in the store they will get it for you very highly recommended !!

I have used American Rental for many years. They are the kindest group of people and always so accommodating to our needs and wants. Every piece of furniture and each appliance we have had through them has been excellent quality and affordable. We have paid off every single item we've had with them and have gone back to them to upgrade. James is incredible! They know us by name and always make us feel appreciated! Thanks for always going above and beyond!

Went online, picked out furniture, filled out an application and paid first payment. Website said when they delivered they could bring paperwork to be signed or can come into the store. Then Monday someone calls from the store stating that we needed to come in to sign paper work. We go into the store to sign said paperwork, and it’s an application. We are applying AGAIN? I asked the employee why they take a payment online if I had to come in and apply. She said “ I don’t know that’s how they do things online I guess” Furthermore, the employee could not find our application, doesn’t see anything in reference to our online purchase. And guess what- they don’t have the furniture originally picked out and paid for.

Very pleased with everything I have ever gotten from American rental. We have been running from them and buying for the last 15-20 years.the staff there are truly amazing they try to help in anyway they can. If they don’t have what you want, they try and order it for you and get it in.

American Rental has always treated me very well with decent pricing! Customer service is great. I had just paid off my washer and dryer when my dryer quit heating up and I was past warranty! They came and got it, left me a loner while they took mine to fix it with no cost to me! Of course I went and got living room furniture next. I will always recommend American Rental
