I walked in there one time and immediately felt out of place. The employee’s are rude and always hidden away and it feels very cliquey in there. Will not rent from them. I wasn’t even acknowledged upon going in.

Absolutely the worst company ever!!! Don’t ever ever get anything here! They are absolutely the worst people they treat like crap!! Will be working on getting everyone fired!! Disrespectful!! They completely talk crap about every single one of their customers!!

I went into the store yesterday not once I was greated or even asked me if I needed any help , I was looking for top loaders and the girl said Pendleton pike had them at the other arrons location so I called before I drove they didnt even had them . I work in customer service you have to greet and help your customers out.

I absolutely love this location. I feel very welcome every time I walk into their store. They are really good at working with their customers. I always get a cheerful greeting when I walk in the door. I have never had an issue with them and I always recommend my friends to go there. 🫶🏼❤️

Make sure you never fall behind not even once on your payments unless u like to be personally harassed multiple times a day. My husband was behind on a half payment 1 time and he's been a loyal customer of a pretty expensive living room set for a long time. They call from multiple numbers multiple times a day even when you tell them you are going to pay on a certain date they still call call call call CALL at least twice a day. They call on my husbands phone while he's asleep during the day from working the night shift and not even 5 seconds later they are calling my phone even though I'm not financially responsible it comes from his account only. When you are late on payments they also call and let all of your references know as well because our friends have told us they call for him. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME he has been late and they act like they are going bankrupt over 90 bucks HALF a payment. We pay nearly 200 bucks a month and you guys can't give him a break when he's been paying in good standing for a long time. BE WARNED GUYS. You aren't allowed to have any hardship or financial problems because they can't get that through their head. They will agree with you and tell you its okay and start calling early in the morning from different numbers. You would think they would have more to do than that. Aside from that.. The sales people are very professional and friendly and so are the delivery guys! The people in the office are another story though.
