So I sent it back and they said no money back for the reset of the time. Talked to customer service which was very nice and told me they would talk to state management. Store called me back and told me the same thing. I have been dealing with rent a center for 8 years and never had this issue. Plus side was everyone was nice about it. I was just not happy about losing money for at least 2 weeks worth of time since it was not working and did not need it anymore anyway. Rent to own is just that you get it when you need it and have it go back when you do not. Not suppose to lose money on things.

Renting a washer and a dryer from them and when they brought it, it was not the one I told them I wanted and I found out I'm paying 20$ more a month.. The dryer came without a plug because they were out and did not know when they could get more in so I couldn't use my dryer unless I bought one myself. I received it yesterday and they called me today and told me my bill was due even though they are running a special saying you don't have to pay for a month. This is the worst experience I have had with aarons and I'm debating on if the washer and dryer are worth it.

New in town. Excellent food. Not a fast food or buffet place. Very clean and neat atmosphere. Pleasant decorations. Full dinners $12 to $24(sword fish or lobster at the high end). or cgoose a couple appetizers to build your own arrangement. Sharp, aware and attentive staff. Nice to have another good restaurant in town.
I love my washer and dryer but I'm giving 2 stars because of the rude and inappropriate associate that called me about a TV I was returning. And if you happen to fall behind on a payment you can bet that Jay will call you 50 times while you're at work then they'll send someone to your door who actually parks down the road and sneaks up behind your house. I'll be happy when I'm done dealing with this company harassing me
