I want to give a huge shoutout to Nick, the manager at Rent-A-Center. He went above and beyond to help me get a really nice couch at a discounted price and truly pulled through for me. When one of his employees called off, Nick didn’t hesitate—he stepped in and handled everything himself. That kind of dedication and customer service is hard to find. Thank you, Nick, I really appreciate everything you did!
The credit manager Brittany is a bold faced liar and I’m not sure how she stays employed by this company. My husband got approved online and called to figure out next steps and she told him that he couldn’t get the item because of his past history with them. Mind you he has NO PAST HISTORY WITH THEM! his little brother did over a year ago and they are using their experience from his younger brother to say no to him & she lied to my husband trying to say it was his history with them and when I called she gave a different excuse of dealing with his brother. If we all have to fill out our own social security numbers to apply then how they can use what someone else did (who doesn’t even live with you) to determine whether to do business with you and also why lie about it?? Be honest if you’re gonna be a shady liar an use other peoples family members experiences against a completely different person the least she could do is be honest and not lie. They all need retrained in integrity and I’m afraid there’s no classes to teach that! So be very careful when dealing with them because they will just say whatever with consequences! Go to Aaron’s! Better prices, better people!
Friendly staff, easy to work with and able to help with any issues. We bought a dryer through them. Very pleased with it.
I truly love the way Zach and Tyler treat there customers. There have been times when I needed time to make payments and they were very understanding and patient with me.
I have never had a bad experience. They have always gone out of their way to help me. Would recommend to anyone of my friends and family.
