I had excellent service from beginning to end. My delivery driver and helper Chris& Matt gave A1 service delivery & setup was A1 cleanup Was A1 when I come in for payment I always tell people coming in they are A1. My mom is next to get service from them. Wouldn't go nowhere but to the Hammond location. Sergio Thomas

Rented a washer it’s supposed to do the sensing for the water and that don’t work. The lid don’t lock, It’s so loud like it’s struggling to work. I have been trying to call the store and nobody answers.

Recently leased to own a sectional. Had it two weeks and it's falling apart. I asked for another chase. I was told an order was put in. I called the store 2 weeks later and the manager stated that he was unaware of the order and was very rude and obnoxious. I'm not blaming the store itself. But the quality of this sectional is very poor and poorly manufactured.

They harass if you are even a day late, regardless of communicating with manager prior to day late payment. They also place several sticky letter on our Glass door 2-3x in one day. Has caused stain on our glass door. We work hard for our things, but they have no empathy and concern for your property. Save yourself the hassle and don’t finance here

If I could put zero stars I definitely would!! Went to get a laptop and was told I was out of the delivery area. It’s a laptop why in the world would it need delivered? I also only live 10 minutes away. Worst customer service and store in general. I will gladly take my business else where
