Very friendly and very informative. Knew I had kiddos and made sure to tell me which couches were kid friendly and easy to clean. And delivery on the couch and chair were amazing and delivery guys were so nice and helpful. Asked me if I needed them to move anything for me. I've bought a couple pieces from American Rental and will continue to because of how I'm treated upon going in. I'll definitely be a repeat customer❤️.

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! My wife and I stopped in to check out some inventory and there are dead roaches all over the floor by the appliances. I mentioned it to the representative and he said "no those aren't roaches those are stink bugs from out back, we have pest control come through every month". It should be noted that I worked in pest control for 8 years, I know what a roach looks like.Cannot trust this establishment I just bought a house and definitely do not need a pest issue after a delivery from American Rental.
