Brandon was SO helpful through what ended up being a couple month long process of paying old balances and then helping me and giving me another chance. I always prefer the Decatur store, because their customer service has always been too notch, every time I've rented, over the last decade.
Worst store to rent from. Several people that work there will say you didn’t return stuff but you really did n have proof that you did but they still dock you. Sounds like someone there is stealing or t Decatur location and saying customers did it. This location n Bluffton are trash all they do is give you the run around, rip you off and lie. Go to Aaron’s. The managers suck at both locations. Shelia in Bluffton is the worst to deal with. Brandon is a good manager here at this one.
They are the best Rent-A-Center I know of they're great people that's why I keep going back and getting stuff after I pay stuff off they treat you with respect and kindness and I love it that they come in and put everything up
Had a couch delivered it had bed bugs u guys are the worst hope you guys sleep on the same couches u sell bc that's rediculous
The whole process was terrific. They delivered my washer and dryer promptly and made sure it was hooked up and running properly. They even moved my old washer and dryer for me. Highly recommend.
