Hi. I opened an account online and got approved. But when I went into the store, I got discriminated against and told I was denied without a denial letter or anything. I'm locked into an agreement already and am past due on my bill. But the store associate said I was denied. There's an active agreement in my name that's past due. If I got denied there shouldn't be an active agreement. What it looks like is that I got approved and got racially profiles in person and told I was denied but already been approved online. I need to really speak with someone. Because this is racial discrimination. How is it im still logging in my account and see my agreement and it's past due. This is so wrong. I have not gotten one product from you guys and I'm locked into an agreement. Can someone please explain this to me. Im going to have to refer this to a lawyer, because this is not right at all. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

The associate Crystal at store 02805 is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered before like I have never wrote down a complaint but Crystal has left me in shock. Extremely rude on the phone and text messages I can not believe how you guys have someone like that representing your store it really leaves a bad image of rental center I have decided to cancel my order because I can not do it with her anymore I been trying to finalise an order for the past week!! Insane I’m honestly so unhappy I’m not shopping again with rental center and I have finished several agreements to the fullest but after this I’m done I’ll take my business to Aaron.
