I paid $78 for a grill ordered online when it was delivered it did not work was not put together properly. They came and picked it up two days later and then kept my money saying that that was the fee for a special order and that I was getting no money refunded to me so I got $78 into a grill that I never even gotten to use. It did not work. It was not even put together properly my 12-year-old grandson could’ve put it together better.

Great Customer Service!! Great Group of people to do business!!...A few years ago my Big screen TV went out. Not being able to run right out and buy another one out right, I stopped by our aarons in Auburn, IN. That is where I met Lance, after explaining to him my issue he sprang into action and set me up with a very nice Samsung 55in Smart TV...I have since paid it off....Because of the Awesome Customer Service received ther will repurchasing my TV, when my washer and Dryer went out, There was no question where I was going to purchase a new set from....Now I know I'm spending more money than I would going right out and buying a new set. But I dont mind spending extra money to recive Top of the Line Customer Service....Thanks guys and keep up the Awesome Work!!

They have taken my payment out of my bank account twice after stopping the auto pay. The first time they were very helpful with getting it fixed. I always call down and make the payment or I take them cash on time but yesterday they once again took the money out of my account without my permission. This time I was told that there was nothing they can do and then they hung up on me. I then called corporate and was told that the regional manager would call me. I never got a call.

Travis was amazing and made sure heexplained everything well to us. He made sure the product would be somethi g he woukd want in his home before selling it to us. Just all out amazing!

We have had 3 contracts with them and they are easy to work with. Staff is very friendly and try to work with you. Way better than the other rent to own place.
