Another update! Been here 7 years now. Coming to the end of a long road only have 2 things left to pay off than I will have everything I need for my household has been a great time will miss the friendly faces. Update! I have been going throw Aarons now for 3 years. I have paid off at least 6 to 10 items now with mine and my fiances account. In another year will have at least 7 more items owned they're great. Have had some troubles needing to push payments due to personal problems. They have worked with me and made payment arrangements everytime I've needed the extra time and called them. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have a nice house but can't afford to do so all in one shot. Mauricio I hope spelt right sorry if not is just amazing and really makes the experience great!!

We rented to own a stackable washer and dryer unit, it appeared to be new. Aaron's was kind enough to deliver and install the unit for us. We have had the unit now for going on a year. They want you to pay for them to insure the unit. They signed me up for some kind of Aaron's club for an extra $11.99 a month on top of that my payments were never consistent. One month it was $137, the next it was $149. We had auto pay so they just charged what they wanted. I refused to pay the extra $12 and now my unit is not protected by the store. I asked about pay off amount and it's more, after nearly a year, than the original price. I just don't understand how they operate. They are highly over priced and crooked. I won't be doing any business with them in the future. I called them on the phone the day before my payment came due to give them my new credit card number...the very next day, they tried to charge the old card, and obviously it was declined, so what did they do???? They tried to charge me a late fee for it being declined. They are very questionable in their operations so if I were YOU I'd really think about doing business with them.

Alyssa and Kerri were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL from start to finish. We were kind of jerks and came in 30 mins before closing on a Friday night. Alyssa was our salesperson and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped us find everything we were looking for and more but she wasn’t pushy about getting us things we didn’t want/need. Kerri the manager was so sweet, she explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions. 100/10 experience the floor is clean, lit well but not aggressively and the floor is staged beautifully. The delivery team was right on time and worked around our schedule. They were extremely careful and caused no damage to our new/existing items or our home. They set up and tested EVERYTHING making sure we were satisfied before leaving. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks to Kerri and the Team! -The Sells’

I would give no stars if possible. We pay every two weeks and we were 5 days late. This woman shows up, pounds on my door so hard it shakes the walls and scares my 1 year old son. I open the door and ask if she can not knock that loud. She continues to argue about how loud her knock actually was. Simple request, don't pound on my door. Told her we can make the payment today. We just forgot about it cause Ive been in the hospital. She then starts yelling that if I wasn't late then she wouldn't have to pound on my door. Contacting the BBB. Horrible place. Horrible.

I've never had a bad experience with them before but I will not be going through them for a washer or dryer again. My washer while I was paying on had Problems so I had them look at it I had got my washer back after 3 months of them having it and I got it back a week before I paid it off which was 2 months ago and now my washer don't work they didn't fix the issue and now I'm washerless because someone didn't do their job!
