Jen Was training Alex. On our last phone call both of them handled my situation with understanding and patience. I know Alex has a bright future ahead. amazing leadership All the way around. representatives have been amazing and courteous With any financial issues I run into. I ended up switching all of My furniture and gaming console agreements to them. If I have any leases, I’m definitely going with them.THE BEST EVER!!!

I had a wonderful experience with aarons from getting approved online to then Maria following up efficiently with me. I came to the store with an idea of what I wanted, Maria was very helpful, kind and made the whole process so smooth and easy for me. . (Also the monthly payment options are very reasonable and a great way to get what you want without hurting your pockets right away) I love my new bed set! I was able to lay on all the beds in store to feel which was the best, and I loved the bed frame set I got! I was so happy and ecstatic the delivery time was only a 2 day period!! That was what really SOLD ME! The delivery men who came to my home were also very kind and respectful of my home, and made sure they set it up exactly how I wanted in my room! I slept in my bed last night and an amazing! I look forward to business in future.

This is for the store Aarons in Nampa, Idaho. I give a five star review just because Keith Henry is an absolutely great sales manager. He’s helped me and my sister tremendously and getting things that we need. I highly recommend the store and give it a five star thank you.

So far pleased with whole shopping experience. Went in for a specific washer/dryer set. Keith helped me find and easy to fill out application and complete transaction. He was very helpful :) Could have had next day delivery but with work schedule I got in 3 days which was great! Delivery guys fast and friendly. Have called in and talked with 2 of the gals there who completed requests quickly. All employees have been friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable. I was hesitant to go to a rent to own store but the Nampa store has been nothing but a positive experience.

Do not believe anything they say. They lie. I was told and very nicely that I would be given the new contract deferred payment to January. I was only to pay $15 along with the almost paid off amt I owe for December. Well they took the whole amount out in December. I am on Social Security and have to budget every penny. So NOW my checking acct. is in a negative amount. I have no money for gas in my car, no money for a few groceries or anything else. Thank you so much Aarons. Merry Christmas to me. I got totally screwed. Not at all happy right now.
