Not professional at all had a TV for a couple days and lines went through it and they're being mean with me will not help Jordan is not a good worker and he is not helpful I I will not ever get nothing from there again need them to pick all furniture up because I don't want to do business with that place

I have did business with Rent-A-Center for many years and after so many years in a couple of states. I've been dedicated to making my payment on time it's always nice to be able to be treated fairly by managers when something goes wrong. The Burley office is now under New Management he is doing an awesome job and really seems like he knows what he's doing I think they have made a good replacement of the past managers that they have had there.

By far the best customer experience. They are under new management, and he’s been significantly better than all of the other ones in the past. All my questions and issues were taken care of promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for furniture. He was great and was able to work with me. The flexibility and low payments truly can not be beat from anywhere else. I believe his name was Austin, but I can’t be sure. Very kind young man. If you’ve had issues in the past like I have, I definitely recommend giving them another try.

My initial review was terrible. I was contacted and all of my issues were solved. I would recommend rent a center to my friends and family. Sometimes negative things happen in order for progress to take place. Thank you Rent a Center. Chad is an incredibly professional and fair district manager.

Have you ever dealt with a company that made you feel less than human? If not, try dealing with Rachel, the manager at the Burley Rent A Center. She's great at doing things such as yelling at her own employees over the phone, and hanging up on customers who are struggling and trying to work something out. She's completely unprofessional, and under her direction, her employees aren't much better. Late with a payment? Expect for your phone to ring off the hook, and to have employees show up at your door multiple times a day. They'll harass you and even follow you in your vehicle to the point where you feel like you're being stalked and need to go into hiding. This isn't from someone trying to get out of paying for their items - this is from someone already going through a tough enough time, trying to work something out, and being berated and treated like garbage - thanks to Rachel at Rent a Center. ETA: as of August 1st, 2019, the words "New Manager!!" are painted on the windows. Still never giving them another chance-- they ruined that forever.
