I’ve been a customer on and off for nearly ten years and have purchased several items from this company. While the prices are higher than buying outright, that’s expected. I’ve always paid on time and generally had good experiences with their service. My issue came with a recent bed frame purchase. I set up autopay with my debit card and also paid an extra $100 in cash to get ahead toward the same-as-cash price. When I later checked my account online, the $100 cash payment was never applied—only the weekly autopay payments showed. I usually decline receipts because I trusted the company, and unfortunately that may have worked against me here. While $100 isn’t the end of the world, after this experience I’ve decided I won’t be doing business with them anymore.

Takes me longer to decide on what to purchase, than to do the paperwork. The transaction is seamless. I’ve been doing business with RAC for years. They have the best quality and prices on island. My mattress, bed frame, and dresser are in great shape. I just bought a dining table and two reclining sofas. Love the deals I get and the employees who helped me. They know their stuff, no pressure sales, you go in, get what you want, and get out.
Very smooth & easy process. Loved how I could just make an account, get an approval, order online, and even DocuSign docs online within 1 hour. Everything was online.
