Went in recently and bought a box spring they were really nice at first but then when I paid I got a call and was distracted I got the 51 cent but not the 39 dollars went to get it and got accused of stealing. Never going back 😭 I do not steal I have no need

It has been nothing but a pleasant experience with this store and staff but my girl Kita deserve a raise with the way she's handled my recent drama! Customer service is one thing but Ms Kita genuinely cares about her people. Absolute best!!!

The best experience and best manager there is. The other employees are also very nice and well mannered. The store is very clean and organized. Shakita is so friendly and works with you when you need it. She needs a best manager award. That’s how awesome she is!!!!

I’ve always had a great experience with Aarons! Shakita is a sweetheart and have always gone out her way to help when I really needed it! I’ve paid off 13 agreements with Aaron’s and currently working on another one.. They are really a great store and I’ve never had an issue with them at all!

The store manager has been my go to person since I first met her when she was just a sales associate in Augusta Ga store! She always assists and makes sure that I am happy. My business follows her! My family reaches out to her when we need something. She needs 10 stars 5 just isn’t enough!
