If i could give negative starts i would ! i first started buying from this location in march. All was well up untill a month ago when i got a Dryer from them. Upon delivery i realized the dryer was not working. After a week of calling multiple times i finally got ahold of someone who then lined up someone to come fix it. A week after that a random man showed up at my house at 9pm to fix my dryer. He then proceeded to state that it could not be fixed. A few days later i finally got told my dryer would be swapped for a NEW working dryer. After getting the NEW dryer i noticed LOTS of rust in the inside and outside and dents scratches EVERYWHERE. The dryer is more then 5 years old based off Data plate. This location is refusing to lower my original bill and continue to make me pay for a NEW dryer. I have called every day for a week and can not get ahold of anyone or get put on hold. As i am typing this i am on hold once again and have been on hold for 32 minutes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! I will be sending

The new lady manager there Valencia is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people at all, always has something slick or condescending to say when walking away like you can’t hear 👂what she’s saying! And it’s always HOT in the store like the AC doesn’t work! But The only young man that I met there who was sweet and kind was Xavier! Other then that wouldn’t recommend them at all‼️

Looked at a bed that was pre rented and in super rough shape. Rv of the bed couldn't have been more than 150 bucks according to how long the guy said it was on rent for, they still had it listed for over 1100 dollars and wouldn't budge at all. Im talking headboard and footboard were busted up and peeling, nightstand was in rough shape. We just were looking for some cheaper pre owned stuff to start out with. Couches had multiple with ripped cushions, busted legs and broken back supports. I hate using the term but when you think ghetto rent a center, this is the place.

My husband put down a deposit for an e bike and they called us back... No e bikes . So we thought about laptop... They had maybe 3 and one was a dinosaur for sale. Nothing that had what i was looking for. I tried to compromise and get one 8 didnt even like then they wanted 2 payments upfront when the special on the ad said first week only $10. The lady rudely explaned that they were a franchise and did not honor that promotion even tho they first contacted my husband thru his email with that "special promotion" ad. Needless to say we walked away with no e bike, no laptop and they STILL have not sent the $25.00 deposit back to my husbands card a week or more later!! The whole experience was shiesty and the staff was rude. I dont recommend it...
