Rent-A-Center

We have been waiting on a washer for 3 weeks! It was full of water would not drain AND THIS WAS REPORTED TO THE STORE NUMEROUS OF TIMES! Come today 3/7/26 the guy brings the washer loaner and tried to bring the old one UPSTAIRS BY HISSELF AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE HAVE STEPS & A 3 STORY HOUSE! SO WE CALLED THE STORE WENT OFF because this is UNACCEPTABLE ON EVERY LEVEL! WE PAY ON TIME AND COMMUNICATE VERY WELL WITH THEM SO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS!!!

Terrible service as well as the manager. Rent a center it’s time to thinking about hiring some new employees. I was asking why my delivery was canceled and why I did not receive a notice as well as The employees had very rude attitudes. because they didn’t have answers to my questions they got frustrated and became very unprofessional. When I was Just trying to get an understanding. On why it took me to call them to find out what happened. and because I guess I was asking too many questions they decided to cancel my order completely and then proceeded to hang up in my face. and to ignore my calls and then proceeded after that to call me back and said that I had an attitude and then to tell me that the whole call is being recorded I really hope Rent-A-Center gets this and checks out that recorder so they can see that I was not doing anything wrong nor did I raise my voice, nor did I cuss at the sales representative or employee until someone else received the phone and said that I had an attitude and hung up in my face again even though he had just arrived and missed the whole altercation

Customer service was great..but the delivery team/customer svc. never told me that my ice maker had to be connected by someone else. Not only that but they damaged my vent to my dryer on the outside wall in the back of my house. And they didn't even tell me. My husband was watching them on camera from work. 🤷🏿‍♂️

This is the worst place. The manager is mean and talks to you really bad. You can have a 0$ balance at the start of a rental he will say RAC does nothing without payment, they do. If you are late he will harass you no leverage at all. Very bad store very bad business.

They have what you need and want but it is 4 times higher in price than if you bought it out right from a store. However, their weekly payment schedule allows you to own it eventually.
