I needed new tires for my car desperately the only way I could get them was to finance them through Rent-A-Center. The manager there was kind professional and took care of everything for me very pleased with the service.
I went to the store one day to ask about how the rent-a-tire program works. I was told to leave my number and tire size and that the store manager would call me. I waited two or three days with no call back, so I called on Friday and spoke to the manager. He took my information and said he would check it and call me back within 20–30 minutes. I never got a call. On Monday, I called again, left my information, and still never heard back. Over the next two days, I started getting calls, so I decided to give them another chance. When I called back, someone answered and then hung up after I said, “This is Jeremy Holt trying to call back.” Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
Read my comments or read my survey about the place. I love it. Don’t go to Griffin not to that one. It seems that assistant manager or a general manager or a manager doesn’t know anything if you ask her a question she doesn’t know, but you asked Thomaston question they know and give it to you very courtesy thank you, Rent-A-Center in Thomaston, Georgia
the store manager Lorenzo was very helpful. he helped me through my situation and his customer service was good, he understood me as well explained everything to me but that one worker he has, I dont know her name but she was very rude. only issue i had with Lorenzo,is when i told him what had happened he responded with "she was just frustrated when we have to come out to the customer's home,because we all have a job to do" which i understand but that's no reason to be rude, just do your job!! she came to my house and was very disrespectful to my husband i understand she has a job to do but that doesn't give her the right to be rude and disrespectful especially when you come to someone house I don't tolerate disrespectful people I was raised to talk to people how i expect them to talk to me if my husband had retaliated with that same disrespectful attitude he wouldn't have been wrong because this is his home and had i been there at the time that conversation would have been way different !! she needs a lesson on customer service and courtesy when coming out to customers home
The people are nice! But they have had my washer for 3 months to replace a latch, which is crazy since they’re brand new. Ive been trying to speak to manager and for whatever reason he will not call me back. I have a temp washer that don’t spin out so I have to wash the clothes then go back out and put it on drain and spin. I’m just annoyed! I’m buying an expensive fridge and I’ve had the washer and dryer close to a year if not longer, so you’d think they would deal with me like I’m paying, which is on time!
