I purchased a washer/ dryer on 02.14.2022 from the Stockbridge location on Hwy 138. I've been making payments on time and has never had a problem until 09.01.2022, when I noticed they draft an additional $133.91 from my account when I was specifically told that they would not do so, upon making the September payment on August 23, 2022. I reached out to location and was told by the manager that my account was never notated" PAID AND NOT TO DRAFT AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT," and therefore he would try to reverse the payment but could not promise me that it could be done . I clearly explained that by him not refunding my funds it would leave my bill account in the negative. I'm highly upset of how this matter was handled and would like my money returned to my card immediately.

Buyers beware!!!! Double charging your credit card for payment that had been paid. took it upon themselves to charge it again reached out to a corporate office said it was refunded money still not refunded. Again contacted the store was told by a manager he's the little man on the pole and there's nothing that he could do regarding refunding my money. So be aware when companies like this ask for a credit card on file. Because they feel that they could use it to charge account whenever they get ready.

Aaron's Rental on Hwy 138 in Stockbridge, GA is without a doubt the BEST place. Leo was amazing. I told him my situation and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of that very same day! I will HIGHLY recommend Aaron's to anyone! And the delivery team Rudolph and his co- worker were so friendly and down to Earth. I could go on and on for days! 😊

I am so pleased with this store and there wonderful staff. They are my go to when I am in need. Being a small business owner I find myself in need of upgrades on my office needs a lot and "Star" when out her way to get me what I need. No more to say need to give her a call for may next project.
