Please do not businesses with them !! If you bought furniture and video game or something phone you wanted so if you haven’t got money for paid rent or anything they said you cannot re-rent for get back video game or anything after return it store if you cannot afford weekly. Do not trust and do not business with them !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So for about 3 months I’ve been making payments I’ve never been behind on a payment if I missed a payment it would be paid the next day (most of the time it was their systems fault) and it would be good but today I missed my payment and not even 11 hrs later I get called 4 times and my phone blown up with Sarah the manager texting me to call her and not taking I’m busy for an answer. I work at the hospital and I don’t have time to just be on my phone I would’ve paid it today but when I called the store mad she got mad and said that she would come pick up her merchandise which I then responded with “ok then.” I’m probably going to take this to court but omg what an awful manager.

Staff was a extremely rude and disrespectful. What I reported about the Staff's behavior to the supervisor she seemed to equally not care about the customers concern. Due to the supervisor not caring about the employees attitude towards the customer.I went to corporate as well and spoke to seth. Seth in corporate didn't seem concerned as much about the employees attitudes towards the customer. Seth seemed more concerned about speaking to the employees first and it wasn't even the employees that made the complaint. The amount of belittling and talking down to me i experienced made me feel as if i was veing racially profiled. The people that delivered the items were very nice. But the only issue I had with them was when they hooked up the washer machine. The exit hose for the water was not secured properly and it did end up flooding my hallway and living room when I used it. I will never shop there ever again.

Love love love the fact that Rent a Centre offers me merchandise I need while giving me the option to pay over time instead of paying all at one time. Life saver for me especially since it’s helping get my daughter a new bed! And myself and family a new living room suit to sit and relax on! So thanks again RAC for all the help support and wonderful ways you help your customers!
