The store manager Vickie Gilmore has to be one of the most incompetent unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. The bed would have arrived today she asks for $130 the day of the delivery odd. In addition, they did not have any new mattress she offered me an old used mattress which should have been the first red flag. Initially she wasn't going to charge me same day however once I asked a simple question of if the payment could be rescheduled for the following Friday, she begins to infer I won't be able to make my payments, and the unprofessionalism was to the likes of which I've never seen. The issue was very petty and again illustrates her incompetence the issue resolved with her refusing to deliver a bed that again wasn't purchased from her store it was only delivered to her store another red flag after reviewing the contract I signed it was complete different from what she was trying to self-create from her store a contract was already made online with a set price she then tried to rewrite the contract so I would pay triple the price that wasn’t apart of the promotion again false advertisement. She blatantly lied tried to say the contract needed to be voided out and changed to a higher price because the mattress that they called and ask needed to be added. I tell the store manager just cancel the mattress and deliver what I paid for she refused all together. Ultimately not honoring what was advertised. Trying to recreate contracts to give her store a higher sell rate. Leaving a new bedroom set at her store that wasn’t initially at her store then cancel out my order. Seems to me Vickie has been here before and think she has all the sense. I’ll be on the phone with her director tomorrow.
Been waiting over 4 weeks to know if or when I’m going to get furniture! It’s either you have it or you don’t! I have never waited 4 weeks to know anything about about a piece of furniture! Vicki is extremely rude! Keisha is incompetent…
I have been a longtime customer with this store. Keshia and Vickie are the best! Always smiling when you walk in and always greeted with a smile! Store always have display available so that they can keep you coming back. This is the best store ever! !!!!
They delivered my new couch made some adjustments I’m happy paid off couch now I’m on to a washer . They are always friendly and they certainly understand customer service great job
Keisha customer service is great. But the policies is not worth it. I got a washer and dryer from them. My payment was due on the 1st. And because i work a job where i can’t stop what i am doing to answer the phone, i call on the 2nd to make the payment and it’s a $7 late fee. I will be having them pick it up on the 15th and buying one with my credit card.
