This place is the best!! While leasing from this location, I was hit by a car, hit and run and injured to the point I couldn't work!! Brian and Toby were awesome and provided me with every courtesy imaginable. Without their professionalism, I would've have never been able to live up to my agreement. Happily, I can say, I paid off my account and now own the item. Thank you Brian and Toby for not only providing EXCELLENT customer service, but also for working diligently with me to insure that I was successful in paying off my lease. I NEVER could've done it without you. 1,000,000% recommend this location for whatever you may need but can't afford to buy outright. God Bless Aaron's and the QUALITY people they have working there.
This is the WORST Aaron’s to rent from! My payment was due august 15th and we spoke about the matter 3 times and I told them I would pay September 1st with the new payment ahead of time because I had a situation, they called me with ATTITUDE and yelling basically calling me a lier that I didn’t speak to anyone and that it was impossible that someone said okay that I can make that payment! Such a horrible company to rent to own from! And the GM is very much not professional!! I WILL NEVERRR EVERR RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!
Do Not Rent From Aarons Rent To Own in Perry Ga!!! I paid 12 monthly payments on a 43 inch HDTV. I paid it off 2 months ago and it went out last night. I have been told that they will NOT replace the merchandise, I am currently on hold when I asked to speak to the General Manager - 30 minutes I have been on hold. BAD BUSINESS, I am trying to save you from this experience. BAD MERCHANDISE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 😠😡😠😡😠😡😠
I am very upset with all the run around. I have living room suit and one of the recliner is broke. They claimed they ordered the part it has been 4 mths and still haven't seen anyone. But you always take my payment out when it's due. I have paid off one thing from y'all and got more stuff and y'all do this and don't call or anything. Now it's going on3 weeks since y'all picked up my mower because it wouldn't start. And still nothing.. This is not right!!!!!
I love coming here sometimes I just go in and talk to the staff they are down to earth and it’s cool to actually have that instead of customer service robots. Billy is the manager and he is a damned saint. But don’t just take my word for it go see for yourself!
