0 stars if I could! This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had!! The day before my scheduled washer delivery, I clearly informed the staff — including the store manager Marlon no one would be home during the delivery window. I was told by team members that everything was fine and that delivery could still happen. I arranged my schedule based on the information they gave me. The next day, I didn’t hear anything all morning or early afternoon. I had to call the store myself to ask if they were still delivering my washer. The employee I spoke to told me they were loading it up and that delivery was still happening. Five minutes later, the store manager Marlon called me in a rude and disrespectful tone, saying they could not deliver the washer. He said whoever told me it could be delivered without someone home “lied” and that they have to “go by the book.” Instead of taking accountability — especially since he was there the day before when I explained the situation — He immediately had an attitude, didn’t try to hear me out, and stated they would just issue me a refund. There was no apology, no ownership of the misinformation, and no effort to resolve the issue professionally. If your team gives a customer incorrect information, the solution should not be to speak to them disrespectfully and cancel their order. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location due to poor communication and unprofessional management.
My wife and I were happy to get our dinning room table and guest room bed set from RAC. The beginning process was great, items beautiful rustic sets both. Then came Marlon the store manager. First started with the excessive predatory, threatening phone calls. He would try and run my card one instance 7 times then called and stated if the payment isn’t made by 10 they will come pickup the merchandise. He then on another instance called and text me wife at 9:45pm ( I have screenshots for proof) telling her if we don’t make the payments when he’s ready to process them then we’re delinquent and up for merchandise pickup. He then proceeds to have the district manager show up to my wife’s place of employment. This is overly harassing, predatory, and honestly sad.
So I called and my very first question was do y'all service my area The employee said yes then proceeded to take ALL of our personal information 30 minutes later called back to say they don't services the area be aware of these people
very rude customer service dre and patrick. patrick sold me the items for my home very great sales man. i was calling august 4 to let them know that it was damage on back of the fridge and that i didn’t receive an water house to hook up for the ice machine. now speaking with them they say it’s a previously rent it fridge so damage will be on it. understand that when i was told. then i told him i wasnt giving the hook up for the fridge for the ice machine. they say they don’t supply the water hose on the phone not when i purchase the refrigerator from them. i was calling them just to touch bases with them concerns but for the very rude customer service was very uncalled for. i pay my money on time with no problem so i don’t believe i should’ve received the horrible customer service that i did. thanks to marlon the store manager for the right customer service and solving the issue.
Blake was great !! Great customer service , great delivery , very knowledgeable , wonderful communication skills and understanding . Made sure everything worked on my 85 inch tv before he left .thank you so much , the manager and Patrick does not make things easier or clear , tried to get the payment changed to biweekly and they made the change but still tried to charge my card for weekly
