I went by this store and not one person spoke to me when I walked in very poor customer service.

Had a very pleasant visit at this store. Picked up a new sisde by side fridge, and a nice sectional. The staff was polite and respectful, answered all my questions, and helped me with evrything. They werent pushy, or impstient, which I also liked. Store was warm, but thats not their fault. They're sales people, not AC technicians.

Men there are very helpful. The lady that been there seem like forever is lazy and think she MRS. Aaron's. She be so concerned about how the men treating you when her customer service skills are very poor. She always look like she coming off a night before high or drinking spell. Everytime you ask if they hiring they say they not but when you go in there if the little drunk looking lady ain't there then a new one is. So somebody telling a story. Other than that if it wasn't for how nice, polite and helpful the men wasn't. I wouldn't even give them my business.

Wonderful store. Better and faster delivery rate than the ones in Tampa Florida. Employees are very prompt and respectful. About the only thing I'm disappointed in is the quality of their dining room chairs. I've bought three sets of six in the last three and a half years and a couple of months before they're paid off they start falling apart. They should just check with the company who supplies them and let them know they're not " Aaron's " acceptable. Other than this I love this store. A+ from me.

I would say its average. However they did not push me to fill out the paperwork. Handed it to me told me I could sit anywhere and take my time. So that's what I did. I sat in front of two 60" tv's watched two different movies at the same time.three hours later I finished the paperwork with no complaints from the staff at all.
