Last Thursday Dec. 21, 2023 I place an order and signed a lease for a washer. I was told it would be delivered on 23rd between 2-6pm. Saturday I called store at 4:30 I was told it'd be here at 5. By 6pm the delivery didn't happen. I called on Tuesday guy said he was only one there after managers come in I'd get a call. Thursday I call I'm told it would be delivered today Dec 30th between 1-3pm. I called at 5 & was told to call back in a few minutes. Now they closed & I still don't have my washer. January 4th 2024 I receive a call on the 2nd telling me my payment is late. I told the guy I still haven't received my washer & i wasnt gonna pay for something i havent received yet. He said he understood & promised my washer would be delivered on the 3rd. The 3rd came still no washer & that evening I get a text telling me contract had been canceled due to nonpayment. Between Rent A center & Aaron's experience both did this way. Both took money from me never delivered my product & then turned around canceling contracts. Shame these people are getting away with ripping people off... If these people are getting 5 star reviews the people are getting paid to write them... Shameful January 5th 2024 Wendi Rent A Center store manager gives me a call apologizing & asking if I still wanted the washer. I told her yes we discussed everything & she said the washer would be delivered January 6th 2024. January 6th 2024 true to her word the washer was delivered today at 12pm. Thank you Wendi for your help & being true.

I preordered 2 items set up delivery dates and all because they was Christmas gifts for my kids.. Never got my products now here it is Christmas fay and santa didnt deliver the main 2 gifts. So not only am I very frustrated and disappointed it basically ruined my kids Christmas…I will not ever come back to Rent A Center and i will never recommend them.

First it seem to be great. Don't judge a book by its cover. The one I choose was not available. Ok, so I went with manager 's option. Got a call saying that one was damaged. I thought that was good customer service. Manager then sent me pictures of other options. I settled for one. Not what I wanted, but settled. And that was never delivered. Was texted by manager that it was being loaded and was coming to me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
