At first, they were very helpful when selling the furniture. After the sale, the experience became extremely stressful and unprofessional. Although I have been late a couple of times, the company sent people to my home to demand payment. I was later told they also wanted to charge me an additional fee just for sending those people, on top of the late fee they had already applied. One of those individuals stated he was there to pick up the furniture due to non-payment, even though my online account was not past due or marked delinquent at that time. This was very alarming and misleading. I ask my self are this legal way to collect money from from active customers? After that I told them you can take the furniture for the account that is passed due because they said that they want to work with so I can keep them. On another time, I was told they would work with me and we agreed on a payment plan for January 1st. No payment was processed that day and the store was closed because of new year holiday. When I called on January 3rd, I was told I was being charged a late fee for one day, even though their system does not allow online payments before the due date because it automatically charges on the scheduled date. This experience felt deceptive and intimidating. Based on how easily customers can be threatened with extra charges or repossession even when their account is not delinquent, I would advise others to be extremely cautious. I do not recommend this company.

Do not rent here! Yolanda and the store manager is trash! They talk to people any kind of way and will harass you if you miss the one payment barely! They are horrible! Charge all kind of fees , will show up to your place then charge you $13 even if you answer they calls! Go to another Aaron’s or just buy your things. I won’t be renting ever again from here! They need to fire these supervisors immediately! The regular employees are better than management.

Great customer service! Thank you to Eulanda for being welcoming. We did not feel pressured into buying anything out of our budget and we ended up walking out with our dream living room set at a price that absolutely works for us. She even gave us ideas on how to spruce up our set with pillows, throw blankets, etc. Give this woman a raise!

Eulanda is an angel! She was extremely helpful and patient with my grandmother when breaking down all the info for financing and other options that were available. There were so many living room sets to choose from and even their pre-owned furniture was in great condition.

Was fairly happy until the lies came out, was told one thing and then another. Am really disappointed with the situation. Bought theft insurance on something that got stolen, now they tell me im on the hook for product which is not gonna happen, will not be there again and the calls after talking to someone else about payment highly irritating
