If I could give zero stars to this company I would. They are so rude. You also could be TWO or THREE days late on your payment and they will call you nonstop! Morning and night. Almost close to harassment. It’s ridiculous. This store needs to be CLOSED! I will never buy anything from these people again!

Very easy to deal with. When my dryer went to pot they delivered before weeks end.

If this is the store heather works at , she’s a very RUDE and disrespectful person . No customer service . Absolutely disgusting. Deserves ZERO stars .

I did an online order around 3 months ago for a princess bed for my daughter. Not only did they have the product for 2 weeks without calling to schedule a delivery. Not only did I have to call them to find out what was going on, they then missed the delivery date without a phone call or anything. The very next Monday when I called them and rescheduled that delivery date was also missed with the excuse from them manager of “we don’t run deliveries on those days so I don’t know why someone would schedule it”. It was finally delivered the following day. And the manager did give me the first month “free”. Only to then have someone call me a few weeks later demanding a payment and informing me then I was wrong, that they “never” give anyone a free month. Which I told them then if that was the case they could come pick it back up. They didn’t of course. That was in June. My scheduled payments were the first Friday of the month with their automated system. Well the first Friday just happened to fall on the 4th of July. So they attempted to take the payment on the 3rd which was fine. However, I didn’t switch over the money due to not thinking about it being a holiday. So they call me that morning telling me that I will now be charged a late fee even though I wasn’t late. After some back and forth that got waved. Now comes August, their automated system is screwed up. They apparently did not take out their payment. They call me around 3 weeks after my due date and tell me I’m late. I explain that I wasn’t aware the payment was taken as it’s automated so it was a set it and forget it kind of thing. The lady says it’s not a problem she will just extend it out and move my final payment out by a month since it was a screw up on their end and not mine. And changed my due date to the 15th of the month instead of the first Friday. With a confirmation email. Then Richard, their manager calls me a week or so later. Now he wants a double payment and also express that their automated systems works fine and it has to be my fault. Which was the final straw and I told them to just come pick up the bed. So they did, 4 days ago. Now, today they are calling wanting a payment and the manager Richard forgot to hang up the phone. So I could hear his entire conversation. Well, Richard, you’re right, I’m not going to continue to pay for a product I no longer have. Secondly, I bought the same bed and mattress brand new for under $600.00 which is far better than the almost $2,400.00 y’all want to charge. I’ll be advising everyone to never use your store as none of your staff or yourself know what is going on. That store is a joke and so are you. Have a great and blessed day!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with this business. Always there to answer questions and to help with any issues. This is why if I need to I go to get anything I go to them for help with my furniture/appliance needs! I’ve been using them off and on for years now!!
