The absolute worst customer service i have experienced in retail in a very long time. Item was late, they did not contact me and when I called to find out what's going on, they told me delivery would be another 3 wees because they're soooo busy. Sales manager offered only one date that did not fit my schedule with no other resolutions.

THEFT, FRAUD, AND BROKEN PROMISES—DO NOT TRUST THEM Avoid this place at all costs. They literally stole money from my checking account. My experience started with a total failure in delivery. I ordered a specific product from their website, but they didn’t deliver it correctly. Instead, I was given a completely different, broken unit that I never would have ordered. It then took a staggering four months just to get that broken item back into their possession, yet despite the massive delay and the defective product, they flatly refused to give me my money back. To make matters worse, while I was fighting for a refund for a product I couldn't even use, they went into my checking account and stole money without authorization. After looking through dozens of other reviews, it is clear this is a pattern: * Unauthorized Charges: They treat your bank account like their personal piggy bank. * Bait-and-Switch: What you see online is NOT what shows up at your door. * Zero Accountability: Management refuses to issue refunds even when they are 100% at fault. This isn't just a "bad experience"—it is predatory and dishonest. I asked for my money back instead of the junk they finally tried to provide four months late, and they stonewalled me. They have no respect for their customers or the law. You are better off going anywhere else. You have been warned.

I have been trying to reach a manager at the corporate office and have called 5 times since January 23, 2026 trying to get a situation resolved and each customer service rep.has stated that I would recieve a call back within 48hrs and I have recieved NO CALL backs from anyone. The last CS rep transferred me to her manager, I got the voice mail and left a message I STILL have not recieved a call back to resolve this. I will NEVER recommend or do business again with Aarons. I wish I had looked up their reviews before I opened an acct with them. 1.4 stars that's pathetic for a company this large with all the locations they have.

Every time i replaced a item.. like if i bought a tv at a better deal and ask them to pick up the one I’m renting ,,,they say they will and then “ forget” every time and force me to pay another payment.. then the young dude in accounting basically told me I have to keep furniture that I didn’t want bc there is damage to it on the arm , I didn’t make the damage .. someone fell from a seizure. I originally ordered another piece and was told I had to keep the one that would fit in the apartment. And if he found another one later he would contact me. Well that guy isn’t even there anymore . They don’t care about customer service at all! Hints the reason why one in Washington closed and then the one in Chattanooga closed ! Why are y’all closing so many stores if you’re so great! Your a rental company you can’t force people to keep furniture especially if I stop making payments you’ll have to pick it up it’s in your contract !!! The one in Fort Overthorpe, Georgia are rude to . They will harass the hell out of you . And if Make you the problem! I will never rent from this company or rental companies period ! If y’all didn’t have people renting from you you wouldn’t have that desk job … I’ve never missed a Payment and if I felt I was going to I always have them pick up prior to… so if you do the right thing your still the problem! I’m Convince that this company is ran by narcissist and they hire people with same behavior…. The guys that come pick up the furniture complain th whole time they are picking up things … like why did you choose this job if you didn’t wanna work! Sounds like a you problem! No one told you to a job and then complain to the customer bc you have to pick up furniture… so find another job! I’m a nurse im not gonna go do construction!??? Then complain to the Forman bc I chose it ! You guys should choose more wisely when employing people for your stores…. Because the people you have working their now need to grow up or find another job . Because customer service goes along ways …. And hanging up someone’s face because you are avoiding picking up furniture is simply lazy !!! And again you chose this job ! So do your job! If you come to me to be a nurse you’d expect me to do my job!! ?? And if you wanna band me from your store great !!! We have a mutual agreement!! I will not rent from you all ever! So no worries here ! Someone needs to pick up this furniture, they were so suppose to get the tv weeks ago and keep sayin they “ forgot” they literally have even the manager saying “ I didn’t see you on here for pick up “ every time , not once every time I have called ! I even asked to speak with store manager and was told she was gone for the day . The store had just opened at 10 am or so… how is she gone on a Friday in the middle of. Christmas holiday the busiest time !??? And the store manager isn’t there in the only store in Chattanooga?? Really !?? Ok .. no they handed the phone to the next person and the next person thinking they could intimidate e with some young kid and I wasn’t gonna complain to corporate and post on your website… but I am because this is simply ridiculous! And I was told that I would be. Contacted in 24 hrs… still waiting..

If I could give zero stars I would!! I dealt with a store in Virginia and it was the worst experience!! This is the greediest company I have ever encountered!! I am down to my last payment and they are arguing over 13 dollars!!!
