Aaron's is a pretty great company , to me they are actually affordable and reasonable. The Aaron's in Hazlehurst is super good and the manager Mrs.Amy there is just awesome and goes above and beyond for her customers. I have paid off two furniture sets with them and my boyfriend got a PS5 with them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Very RUDE!! Got approved to rent but they don't want to rent to you because of past history, Whitney that's works there is very rude and absolutely has no customer skills, and Amy needs to find herself another job also... Not to mention they are overrated and charge you out your tail hole!!!

Not such an good experience starting with not able to delivery refrigerator as stated on following Monday. Represented states, we can have ot out for delivery the next following day... Understand Represented in the store are not helpful and reviewing of appliances was unsanitary and not clean... The GM need to be addressed by her supervisor...

Arron's in Hazlehurst has awful service they do not stand behind there products. They have the worsted customer service. Very rude. We have paid every payment on time but yet when the stitches stared coming out of our couch soon after we got it they did nothing about it and were very ugly to me when I call to explain to them that it had been 5 months and something really needed to be done about couch. So do not use them. Go to Buddy's in Baxley Ga. They are Great.

The customer service at this location is very, very, top notch to a T! I have never been in any store where the sales person has been so nice and helpful. They are aimed to make every customer feel as important as the next and will do everything in their power to make your experience with them an awesome one. I would recommend this store in Hazelhurst Ga to any and everyone and would give it 100 stars every time!
