I went in there a few days ago and spoke with a lady named Laura. She was super friendly and just went above and beyond to help me find furniture for my new apartment!! She helped me pick out everything over the phone and she did all of it based on what i described! Everything matched so perfectly:) Overall best experience she truly is the best! promote her or give that girl a RAISE!!

I’ve been dealing with them for a little over a year now and it’s been great. However ever since Morgan has been there it’s been an issue! I’m always getting a call from her stating “my bill isn’t paid” when it was paid (we pay EVERY Tuesday) and then Lewis has to fix it EVERY WEEK! And shes just outright rude! She most definitely shouldn’t be at a customer service job. I’ve been hung up on twice by her yesterday and then today on the phone she was rude. My children’s mouths were even dropped at how she was talking as a “professional” person. She’s a manager at that!

They tell you your furniture will be delivered between a certain time and it always be hours or 2 days later!!! This is the 4th time this has happened. Other than that I have no problems, Get it together PLEASE!!!

Extremely rude account manager came to my house when account was up to date. Double charged my card without approval will not be back. I've been a customer before at the store in Union city no problems but this store and experience was horrible.
