The experience was great. We walked in the store and was greeted and the person who helped us forgot her name was very attentive to my mother's need and went over and beyond to make sure that her needs was met.
The staff was professional in directing me to the correct size mattress I needed for my frame I had at home. The manager even helped to load the mattress and the box spring into my vehicle. I would recommend Badcock to anyone.
Great customer service. Always helpful and prices are very affordable and they will work with any credit. I have always received good quality furniture from them and I have been a customer for years.

Bought a deep freezer from here. They charged an extra 140 dollars on my card for a warranty that I had no idea about. After I called them when I found out what happened they said they would see what they would do. I called when I was 5 minutes out and it took 45 minutes to get that warranty refunded back to me. I will never do business with Badcock again beware of these people they overcharge and that’s just paying with debit.
