Shane at the Toccoa branch was so helpful , my dryer I have with them broke and they’ve made the process so easy. Glad we made the choice to shop with Aaron’s in Toccoa.
I got a couch and loveseat from toccoa Aaron's. He had a small tire on the right arm of the chair but when they delivered it the arm on the left side was broke on the couch and the arm on the right side of the love seat was broke. The delivery guy tried to call the general manager. Zane and he did not answer the phone so The delivery guy said I will tell him when I get back to the office and have him call you that never happened. A month later I contacted him and told him the arms was broke on it. I got the extra insurance to pay for this couch which was $11.99 a month. He told me the small hole in the couch was already there. I said okay but The arm on the couch is broke and the arm on the loveseat is broke. He told me that he would not replace it because it was delivered like that and it was like that in the store Fast forward to January 28th 2025. The delivery guys came and got it because I called in and told him to they told me they'd never heard Zane talk to a customer like this and they were sure he would fix it if I wanted him to when they got back to the office. Zane calls me and tells me we have never had a conversation about this couch or loveseat. I said yes we have so he proceeds to scream at me that he could have fixed that. If I would have just told him that is not what he said. I have witnesses so I will not be taking this couch back and I will not tolerate him screaming at me
Where do I begin? I have had several accounts with Aaron's and honestly I'll continue my business with them. I love the flexibility in options on how to pay and how cheaper they're compared to other rent to own places. Now let's get to my overall review of the toccoa store. Zane absolutely rocks! I transferred from the Hartwell store due to a few issues and man did he deliver!!! I had been asking if they would match the sell they were having on something I already been paying on since I've paid off a few accounts and always make payments on time. The other location declined, however Zane went above and beyond to help me!!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is phenomenal and I've had no issues with any electronics or furniture I've gotten from there. 10 out of 10 in my book.
Spoke with Zane before I showed up. Very professional. Got there and let me tell you customer service is as important to them as me. Great people and great experience. These people need a raise. I believe good service should be rewarded.
I came in at Christmas time and bought a ps5 for my daughters and Andra was such a delight! He was up to par on everything and has been more than available for any of my questions and arrangements! Amazing Customer Service and I will continue to do business with him!
