In less than 2 years I have paid off 4 items. Never once being late. I carry the insurance still now that I'm no longer paying. My washers mother board went out which is covered. However I've been waiting a month for replacement. After waiting weeks to even find out if its replaceable..The day it was suppose to be delivered they did not show by said time nor did they call. I called a few times before someone answered and informed me they were short staffed. Needed to pick it up in a different location in a different town. Very inconsiderate not to let me know ahead of time. Very insensitive to the issue. Had I not been able to make a payment they would have had no issue picking up the items. Do better. I will not do business with you again! I also am sharing a bad review on Facebook.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a furniture store. If want to get your product three weeks after you need it and if you don’t mind having your phone calls to the store constantly not answered and then after all that cancel the product you previously had issues getting and then they still charge you the weekly payment and then you have to call again to get the payment canceled and money reimbursed. This is the place for you. Don’t say I didn’t worn

I thought this was a good company, but I was sadly mistaken. My payment was missed at 10:23, and at 1:00 they called to schedule a pickup of all the items I had almost paid off. The payment was missed because I have had back-to-back surgeries and have been out of work for a month, with one more month to recover. I guess surgery isn't a real reason to miss a payment. Now I can recover at home alone with no TV to pass the time for four weeks of recovery.

Listen Rentacenter is what it is.. A good viable option for some people who are in need. However my only complaint has to do wth those customers who are so dirty and nasty that they return their rented items INFESTED wth cockaroaches and bed bugs.. Rentacenter does what it can to alleviate this problem but if u know u already know how hard it is to get rid of said bug infestations..
