They so called ordered a apple watch for me took my processing fee watch never came they didn’t know where it was at couldn’t tell me where it was at they said they was going to give me a refund but I doubt it will never happen Though i will end up disputing the charge on my card to get me money back

I DO NOT recommend BestWay to anyone local, who works hard and cares about thier income. Inital phone call, was told $65 twice a month for payments on washer and dryer. Turns out its $200 a month for an EXTREMELY used washer that cant wash anything other than clothes. They did not honor the price they gave me. They also charge, damage fees, club fees on top of tax. Rent a center has the same sets, brand new for $80 a month. $120 savings and Better customer service. Washer was not leveled when delivered.

I will never ever use this store again! When it was American Home it was great. Andre was great to deal with but he didn't last long for some reason. They are always going through management and they get ruder and ruder

I had a terrible experience with this store! Would not recommend to anyone. They have terrible communication. They say they will fix your appliances (that you are paying for) but they don’t. I wanted my auto debit in Saturdays but they continued to try to take it out on Fridays. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I was told multiple times they were coming to fix my washer but they never showed up. They didn’t even call to say they weren’t coming. As a matter of fact, the only time they ever called me was when I made sure the money wasn’t in the account for the payment. I will never get anything from them again!

This location is getting a 1 instead of a zero because Andre, the person who sold me my items was amazing. However the store manager, James, is incredibly rude. Lord forbid you call in ahead of time to discuss payment arrangements, you will get talked down to as if your stupid and told your best way bill is more important than your power bill. If my merchandise wasn’t my washer and dryer I would be returning the items, instead I will pay them off and never come back. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.
