The lady who works in sales names Courtney , needs to do better ! Paid for what I thought I was going to receive and when they got here to set it up half of the stuff I wanted was NOT with it and when called she continued to tell me I never mentioned what I wanted which was NOT the case
COURTNEY is amazing at her job. My boyfriend is starting online college courses, and he needed a very specific computer, Courtney went above and beyond and found out exactly what he needed, he called and asked her questions for about a week! She’s so patient, and she was friendly,! Then Julie the general manager took her time, and helped us with the lease agreement, answered all our questions, got our payments set up, all over the phone, we didn’t even have to leave our house! This was a super easy process and we get delivery for the very next day with free installation!! I’m super happy!! You guys are the bomb! Thanks so much!!
They couldn't make a delivery that they promised me and couldn't even call and tell us and didn't even offer money back for there screw up on a delivery and I went 2 days with no furniture in my living room cause of them and I'm not happy with them. They couldn't even make a curticy call to us and let us know anything or even offer our delivery fee back and now my family is sitting on the floor cause of them so I may not go back to that store anymore. We will go to a different Aaron's that will have more respect for there customers
We had the best experience with everyone over at our local Aaron’s! I don’t think we honestly could’ve asked for better service. Everyone was so nice, and super informative. Also, the furniture is suuuuuper comfortable and everything we were looking for. Thanks yall!
