Shawna is rude and disrespectful. She does not need to be answering the phone the way that she does and bringing past personal information into our conversations. The and “mmhm” needs to be addressed. A training class on customer service needs to be a mandatory and not voluntary because she needs a refresher.

We purchased a couch that has 3 different sides. We were able to get two sides and we were under the impression that we would receive the other pieces within the coming months. NOPE. She ordered the same exact piece so of course it didn’t fit. She then told us if we wanted the whole thing, we would have to order the whole sectional as one piece and pay full price. So here we are stuck paying for a sectional that’s not even complete.

The machine behind Buddy’s are its employees. They make things very easy and painless in doing your application process. I really connected with these people and would recommend them to anyone. I came from Aaron’s (taboo name) to join the Buddy’s family. Now this is where home is and where I belong. I thank you guys for all of your effort. A+

Must I say, I am very pleased with my overall experience. The customer service was A1, great team of saleswomen, with good energy.

I had an item that I purchased for a specific reason. I must say a second purchase though they were awesome to deal with is why I went back. This was a cash purchase however it didn't go well because it did not have what I needed they tried two more units out none of them successfully did what I needed so they graciously worked until they found what would work and they did not even charge me the price it normally cost they allowed it to be what I had already paid which was quite a bit less then what the new item was. I appreciate how well they took care of me their customer service and they went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make things right! They also make things affordable enough that you can actually pay them off in 4 months same as cash
