These guys worked quick and made it look effortless when installing my bedroom set. I purchased a week ago and they ordered it and had it delivered and installed one week later.

Exceptional staff at this location!! Only place that offers 12 months same as cash, an awesome exchange program if I decide I don’t like what I got and want something different. Huge selection of products both in store and online. Delivery is included so no extra fees you don’t know about. Great warranty if something messes up! I have only ever had great experiences with everyone here. Always willing to answer questions, if they don’t have something available they do what it takes to get it. Delivery is typically same day or next day on anything in the store. If you order it may take a little longer but they keep you updated on the status. All around a great service offered by great people! They will forever have my business!!

Never do business with them store manager is rude And always talking loud and yelling . Never ever GO here !!!! Bad business take your money and service to a better place that appreciate all their customers they are rude as heck !! Hope they get better people soon whose friendly I miss Brian and Charlie they were the nicest people we have ever Met !!! I have had problems with the owner since I had the merchandise. Usually people understand people and help people she wanna raise her voice and act like she big and Bad !!! Please never go there !!!

Every one from the boss the the lady running the desk. Plus the delivery guys where awesome. I would definitely use them again. Had a proplem with my fridge my fault didn't measure the doom just where the fridge goes. It would not fit throw my door so they had to take it back. Today I got the fridge I wanted just a bit smaller he boring it to me tommrow no extra charge he was amazing I could go on a out how well they did but that would take forever. I will recommend them to I will recommend them to anyone

Brian is AWESOME! Justin is AWESOME! Almost all the guys here have good customer service. They built a relationship with you. You’re not JUST some customer. However one of the new delivery guys he is a little if-y on how he responds. But aside from that they always go above beyond. We hit a hard place financially and they helped in EVERYWAY they could within the means of their job. Which is all you can ask. But they didn’t just say oh nope we are taking it, they communicate and try their best to work it out. We couldn’t be more thankful. 10/10 recommend. If you want to go through rent a center definitely go with Carrollton GA or their shared location in Douglasville GA. 😁😁😁 We have the black leather set reclining couch and love seat currently. I’ve left a review before where we had a sectional and recliner plus a dryer from them. Always great furniture. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 -The Baxters
