I am now changing my review from 5 stars to 0!!! Ms. Stephanie is over that store as manager I was renting a very nice brand new GE washer and dryer set but before it was due to payout the washing machine spin broke and they gave me a loaner nothing new but used it’s taken over a year to get my original washer back Stephanie lied told me that I had to pay off the unit before I could get the rental insurance added on lies she claims her and her supervisor Michael tried calling me to finally return my washer lies so they swapped it out giving me a used washer not what I paid almost $1,000 plus for she hangs up on me after I asked for proof that it was actually repaired and some type of warranty she can’t do it she can I recorded her telling me that lie about the warranty insurance never take their word record your calls it’s legal in Georgia.I will not rent here again dishonest lady. She just called with paperwork of the repair after hanging up on me after asking for the paperwork but no warranty I’ll get tells me to go to the manufacturer after a year sitting in there freaking store. I didn’t want to put any stars it forces you to before it lets you post your review.smdh NO STAR FOR YOU

Completely recommend Aaron's if you're wanting something new and can pay payments instead of full price all at once. The manager is Amazing and will do all he can to get you what you need at a decent payment plan. Employees are great too. Very helpful. We will be going back for furniture when the kids go off to college.

Mike Woodyard is amazing, honestly one of the only reasons I still do business with them he is nice, caring, and understanding! If only there were more people out there like him in customer service I could use to have someone like him in every one of the customer service departments I deal with every month, if so my life would be just about stress free!

(I recently wrote this review, but I wanted to take a moment to give credit where it's due. Mike, at the location in Canton Georgia, is a fantastic representative. In my opinion, he's responsible for any positive experience that I've had with this company. Fill this location with more people like him, and you'll have very satisfied customers. He has personally handled any problems that I've had.) If you buy any furniture through Aarons, then expect 2 things. 1. You'll be spending triple to quadruple the actual price of the cheap furniture that they have. 2. They will call you at LEAST twice a week. If you don't answer, expect 3 more calls after that. Even if payments have been arranged, and you're up-to-date, they will call for a "friendly reminder of your account" constantly. They make sure to be as stress inducingas possible. This place is garbage, and I won't be dealing with them ever again. I'll make sure no friends or family gives them business as well.
