I live out of town. Urgently needed a lift chair for my dying sister who was in alot of pain from cancer. Alex really listened to my need and walked me thru the whole process and got me a chair in 2-3 days ( competitor quoted me 2 weeks for delivery).Everyone I came in contact with with from beginning to end was so very kind. I very seldom encounter this type of personal service these days from anyone. I would give them 10 stars. Thank you so much for your genuine excellent customer service
