This location ok the delivery guys was nice but seem like the GM she has a attitude i went in to inquire about a bed and she basically acted like she didn’t want to do it and I asked about if could order it cause cs said they could n it was bunch of run around BS so I decided to get bed elsewhere and return they merchandise which what on the sticker is not want I was paying the sticker said like 89 after everything it was like 250
We have been trying to get appliances here - the salesman called with some convoluted offer that sounded great! Well, not so much. The appliances were so damaged and pieces were missing that the delivery driver took pictures of them. Now, we have been playing phone tag with the same sales guy, “Luke” where all he wants to do is talk about payments when we have had these crappy appliances sitting for a week and no problems resolved. If you don’t care about good customer service, this is the place to go. If you want to work with a business that is actually committed to resolving service issues, seek another store.
Again I tried for the 5th time to purchase something and again Tammy the store manager is the rudest most nonchalant manager that this store has. If I could give no stars I would. First of all I paid off a 2,500 Upscale Stainless steel fridge 2years paid triple the amount and these people still treat u like craps. I also paid off 2 laptops and a Computer table so have some freakn respect to your customers that still patronize your establishment!!! They brought me a Washer n Dryer 2months ago that had promblems. Which I was told not too push them back up against my wall because they won't work smh what type of craps is that. So I left that slide. The very next day when I got to use the dryer its wasn't getting hot. Now Im still trying to have faith in them so I called and Tammy smart mouth said to me... Well we can pick it up and bring u loaner. What type of sense does that make!!!!😡I asked why bring me a loaner can you just bring me another brand new set.. I waited two weeks to call after air drying my clothes because there's no heat still coming out the dryer. I called 3 more time and Jennifer another rude smarty mouth said well thats all we can do for you...We can just have it fixed.. I was in Awwww to think that I was gonna pay for a broken or refurbished set and no one cared to call after a month so I never made a payment..They Continue to harrass me about a payment but never came to pick it up or to bring me a new set So now I live here with a broken dryer and I have too go to the Laundromat to dry my clothes. With that being said Tammy banged on my window Friday evening screaming to my daughter to tell me to call... I do have a doorbell so I can't understand why she would bang on my living room window with my grandbaby in the house in fear of what and who is this in a Gray car parked by my mailbox banging on my window. I got a call it works saying her rude unprofessional country voice lady was acting a fool.. I will never and will never reccomend this store to anyone.. I think The higher Management and Corporate is in on this type of Unprofessional stuff because nothing has been done or addressed or not gone apology has been given so I assume this is a family business that sticks together and they condone this nonsense..Very sad and Unbelievable actions from grown adults....
The Staff is great and great customer service! Delivery was great as well! But when I returned everything a week before my payment date, and even paid 30.00 I was still charged my monthly payment and a day early! That has really messed me up! I was thinking about renting from them again but after this just accured I would never rent again. They lost another great customer. No excuses for this and a day early.
Awful place to do business. Returned my laptop to this place and gave my credit card information to the manager to make the final payment the following day, first thing in the morning. Was told the amount that would be paid and gave my authorization to give that amount. The following day the transaction did not show in my bank account but I figured that they had been busy and it would go through. The following day I woke up and checked my bank account only to see that they had charged me more than $80 over what I agreed to pay. Of course, not happy about it, I called up asking to speak with the manager that I worked with. He was not in and I was told to call back another time. I asked to speak with another manager, who was just awful from a customer service standpoint. He told me that the "computer" controls everything and that the manager that gave me the monetary amount had no control over the amount. Bottom line, if a manager says you are going to pay X amount with no added fees, you should pay X amount with NO ADDED FEES. Also find that it is very convenient that when corporate wants to speak with you they will call 4 times a day, but when you try to call them, they will not answer....wierd. I would like someone from corporate to call me. Bad service is bad service, not only will I NEVER do business here again, but I will make sure that I spread the word along.
