THEFT, FRAUD, AND BROKEN PROMISES—DO NOT TRUST THEM Avoid this place at all costs. They literally stole money from my checking account. My experience started with a total failure in delivery. I ordered a specific product from their website, but they didn’t deliver it correctly. Instead, I was given a completely different, broken unit that I never would have ordered. It then took a staggering four months just to get that broken item back into their possession, yet despite the massive delay and the defective product, they flatly refused to give me my money back. To make matters worse, while I was fighting for a refund for a product I couldn't even use, they went into my checking account and stole money without authorization. After looking through dozens of other reviews, it is clear this is a pattern: * Unauthorized Charges: They treat your bank account like their personal piggy bank. * Bait-and-Switch: What you see online is NOT what shows up at your door. * Zero Accountability: Management refuses to issue refunds even when they are 100% at fault. This isn't just a "bad experience"—it is predatory and dishonest. I asked for my money back instead of the junk they finally tried to provide four months late, and they stonewalled me. They have no respect for their customers or the law. You are better off going anywhere else. You have been warned.

Thet do fine unless your dryer stops working a couple of days past when it's paid off. I called them and a woman said they should cover it. But she will leave a message for the manager. I called them the following day and the manager said they would come get the dryer. That was on the 19th of September. I called again and was told it went out on the 23rd. They were several weeks past they called me and it would be the following Friday . When they dropped it off , the dryer still wasn't working. It would take 3 cycles to get the clothes dry. I called them again and they said they had the dryer. Huh. Then they said i could go there and look at their to get a new. Meanwhile. I have been without a dryer for months. I never mind. And went to Home Depot. My dryer works fine now!!
I was very impressed with the changes in this store. The new sales manager was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable in the decision I was making. Her and the general manager worked together to get me the price and product that I wanted. And then the delivery guys!! WOW! These young men arrived in a timely manner on the date I was promised. They were respectful of my home and property. They listened to my ideas and suggestions, were respectful to me and my pets and were very careful to bring my products in without damaging it or my home!! Good job guys!!
Aaron’s in Bremen have the most amazing female staff, Michelle, Melinda and another female employee that is so sweet and I can talk to on the phone for however long it seems like lol, she is so down to earth and honest. If I have an issue or a concern all three seem to be able to talk you through it or figure the problem out, they are respectful and understanding. When I had my washer and dryer set delivered the guy was respectful of his surroundings and treated the items with care! Thank you Aaron’s!
