I have bought majority of my furniture from this location and have been pleased everytime. I purchased a living room set in November 2022. The recliner that came with it has been messed up since we've had it. It got "repaired" twice at this location and still is not fixed. Nothing has been done with it. So now I'm stuck with a recliner that went with my living room set that we can't even use. They will not see another dime from me unless my issue is resolved. 😡 Oh, and I've reached out to corporate already and they are going by the repair notes that they have and said there is nothing they can do. So all my payments to you guys have stopped. I'm not paying for furniture I can't use. Period!!!!!
Horrible experience with this company. Defective furniture delivered TWICE. When I called to talk to the manager, she was abrupt and rude. Said nothing I can do other than order it for the third time or refund your money. I promptly asked for a refund and then they kept the delivery fee! I had to pay for delivery of furniture that would not sit level on the floor and wobbled. Very poor-quality furniture and the customer service was even worse. I suggest driving down the road a bit to one of the other furniture stores close by. It was a completely different experience. I read some of the other reviews just now and saw other customers had the same experience with the Manager - Patricia. You would think their corporate office would take note there was a problem!
Very pleasant experience buying our dishwasher. Devon was very helpful! Would recommend to family & friends. Will be doing business with them again! *Edited* I was looking at the paperwork when I got home and noticed that they were going to charge us $130 to deliver it. It would’ve been nice to be told that in the buying process. Needless to say, I called and told them I would be picking it up cause they were going to charge us.
Lori was our sales associate and she was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and help us pick out our perfect items. We really appreciated her patience and allowed us to browse the store without feeling pressured or rushed. Lori also explained in great detail the warranty coverage and delivery details and answered all our questions. After we made our selections Lori helped us setup our payment options and earliest delivery date quickly and easily. My wife and I left the store feeling excited and satisfied with the whole shopping experience at Athens Badcock. Thank you Lori!
Always a great experience with any one of these guys, especially Chris! He made the process very uncomplicated an no convoluted “fine print” which was extremely appreciated they will get more business from me and anyone looking for furniture!! Great quality products
