This store does not honor promotions offered on their website due to them being a franchise not a corporate store. When I brought this up to the manager Harley, she was very rude and lost a Sale to Aaron’s! We were approved for $2000 same as cash and planned on spending close to that. I’m glad to take our money elsewhere.

The ladies are so friendly, the delivery guys are absolutely amazing! I love this place and will surely continue renting from them.

Friendly but too vague on arrival of goods and after told multpile times over 2 day period that " they would call me back " I had to call them back and couldnt get a straight answer about the several thousand dollar item I really wanted to rent to own. The quoted rental rate was also very off after getting the new total bi weekly cost it literally went up by 40% with the added fees and taxes. I have over the decades purchased multiple big items from their company and this was the only bad experience I have had in trying to initiate a rental. I am bewildered by this when I was capable and could afford the item . Long time customer left highly disappointed.

Harley at the store on Lexington Road in Athens, GA was GREAT! She was kind, attentive, helpful, and supportive! Definitely shout out and Kudos to her!
