The Jose’s at this center are amazing! They are extremely friendly knowledgeable and as soon as we walked in through those doors they helped us get the best option tailored specifically towards our needs. They made sure to explain everything in great detail and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Rent-A-Center for the employees itself! They deserve way more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Unfortunately my experience with this store has been the worse customer service I have ever encountered. At first they delivered a washer and dryer set that was not working. Even tho it was agravating, I assumed they would be accommodating. Dealing with them since has been a nightmare. Each time I spoke to someone I got a different story and/or excuse. Almost every set I wanted was unavailable. So Ofcourse I had to go with a much more expensive item then I planned because I had gone over a week with no working washer & dryer. Not to mention after I had finally exhausted my patience with them- Sean & the woman that works in the store were extremely rude and dismissive. As if I asked for the issues I had to deal with because of their store. I called in today to state I was still getting texts that I owe a payment on the previous set I had and the woman was argumentative on the phone and told me she couldn’t help me because she has “quality of life.” I went with rent a center for convenience & the delivery but that was a huge mistake. I will never use companies like this again. Pretty sure they are used to customers just being desperate for the items and think they can talk to people however they see fit. The delivery driver that came to my house twice however was great & I could tell he’s the only who has it together there. I have filed a complaint, but please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

Can’t say good enough things about the employees Professionalism, kindness and respect. I’ve dealt with Rent a centers in Connecticut and New York and even in Massachusetts the horror stories of harassment threatening and bullying at true. If you don’t stand on your toes they’ll run you over. But the staff as this store that I’ve dealt with for 3 years no doing business with them are amazing. When I’ve been late really late they call me not 500 times they don’t bang on my door till it falls of the hinges they kindly call leave a voicemail and personal txt msg Mr Jonathan is everything okay are you alright your a few days or a week past due just please let us know what’s happening so we can help you. When they mean help they mean help you are you short on your payment did something happen what day can you make your payment they help you figure it out and keep your product. They don’t harass you nothing I told manager hey I’m going through some Financial issues but my family needs our products my kids my wife use them daily he hooked me up made my payments lower blessed me with a free week when the best deals come out and I mean I got ps5 pro cheaper then retail price brand new during there half off event and even a laptop for my wife that retailed $800 for $340 brand new they call me right away heads up before anyone else even knows. Joey the Manager and the assistant manager are like family anytime they call it’s not where’s our money or buy this or that but a nice good morning Mr Jonathan or Good afternoon how are your kids how are you actually care to listen and remember things. I can’t say enough good things not just about Manager and Assistant manager but the entire store staff is great. Thank you Joey and all your staff for always being the best I’ll always continue to do business with you guys.

Props to Shawn for being so efficient in helping me yesterday, right on the eve of my scheduled move. He made the process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service—so far, I’m very pleased. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of this RAC for a couple years. I have purchased multiple items. Joel and the team is always friendly and amazing. There once was an issue with my bed installation where it took them multiple attempts to install but they communicated well and even helped me with pricing. I cannot give them a bad review at all. They help you when you need it and I have not yet to interact with someone unfriendly. As long as I am here in my area, I will return as a loyal customer.
