I really never leave reviews, but this one calls for me to go out of my way. I did a lease for a sectional for the first time at Aaron’s about a month ago. during this last month I had an accident and ripped a hole on the new couch .I was very upset because it’s brand new . I called the Tamarac store spoke with Carlos and within a day he had an amazing furniture repair guy come out and made the couch Good as new !!nothing but great experience ,customer care and awesome service with everyone there .I am so happy with my choice in doing business with Aaron‘s furniture. I would highly recommend. Thank you Aaron’s.

Carlos Carlos Carlos !!!!! You guys need to get him out of the company pull all my calls from December 2024 and all the calls he made to anyone on my behalf and hear how he talks to people that’s one two I purchased the product in February and been waiting on him to mail my purchase certificate since then still have not received it, and my card is still being charged and then you got employee still calling me asking about a renewal payment when they should look And see that it’s paid off and if they don’t see that it’s paid off and I own it now what did Carlos do? Actually what is Carlos’s job? why do you guys have Carlos working there? If he’s not doing his job I just spoke with Carlos two minutes ago on this matter and he says he has to call me back because he needs time. I don’t know how much more time you need if this happened February 27 and now today’s day is May 19 but Carlos has the energy and he doesn’t need time to call my references or meet with an attitude. when I just spoke with him, he tried to say oh you were past due that has nothing to do with my purchase certificate. Why are you talking about Pat being past due? When I own it now we’re talking about you guys constantly calling me which is harassment for something that I own. Per your recorded lines in the agreement we made! And to be perfectly clear, Carlos doesn’t comprehend English well. he speaks it, but he doesn’t comprehend English. All of you should know that. His English is only good when he’s trying to be nasty to people which is sick! Mike and Lavisha have been leaving messages for him and he has done What he was supposed to do . Carlos is treating everybody else who works Like an assistant, unless that’s the game that location plays.Who’s handling Carlos ? because if Mike or Lavisha can’t do it Carlos why are you Taking 2 1/2 months to get your job done do you need help or do you need? Take a pay cut and a lower position. Not received nothing in the mail since February 27th is ridiculous stop harassing me

Alex, the manager, is a great guy and made my rent to own experience great I've now already gotten a few things here very awesome store

I just paid for a TV and ps5 was told by Carlos that it would be delivered today, I call about 5pm and "alex" lies and says Monday I'm not available on Monday so I request an immediate refund and cancelation which by florida law is called "cooling off period " legally it allows the buyer the option to cancel. This unprofessional individual tells me " oh I'll cancel the account " no email proof nothing in writing and then gets mad about MY MONEY oh why are you talking so loud and you need to be nice to me...wait what??? You are now being weird unprofessional and perverse!!! I'm contacting my bank and corporate and also file a complaint for lewd misconduct. CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY BECAUSE IM FILING COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE FOR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES and the state consumer affairs office.

Please save yourselves the wasted time and energy attempting to do business with this company and location I ordered a King Size Mattress back in early November or late October it said 15 days til delivery its almost the second week of January and still nothing yet. I called the store numerous times and always get the rudest and coldest customer service. I've been extremely kind, patient and professional and the staff just doesn't care. I reached out to corporate just to see what they say in regards to the delay and they said they'd contact the manufacturer and respond to me with an email in regards to their reply, its been over 2 weeks and nothing. This company is a waste of time and doesn't deserve your business. I'll be canceling my order today. P.s. I made this order with my wife in mind as she was pregnant and I wanted to provide her a better sleeping experience. Thank you Aaron's Furniture for helping me out in a time of need. 🙄👎
