had a very disappointing experience . I originally went in for a nightstand that I had already paid for. It took nine months for that item to come. I was pressured into signing up for additional furniture that we did not want. The pricing was not clearly explained, and we later realized the costs were much higher than what we understood at the time. I also noticed charges to my account after I left the store that I was not fully aware of. When I tried to address the situation and discuss getting out of the contract, I felt intimidated after being told that the employee’s husband was a lawyer and that pursuing the issue would not go well for us. That was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. My husband and I truly feel we were taken advantage of. The high-pressure sales tactics and lack of transparency made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated.all I. All I was completely tooken advantage of the sales person Veronica threatened me saying her husband was a lawyer and I had to pay for the frinature supper sad business I hope the do better I cancelled the payment threw my amax I hope no.one.else has to go threw what I did
this is the most ill ran place i have ever came across.. irst you order stuff have a delivery date they dont deliver so you call and they tell you they dont have it in stock? shouldnt some one have called... and the chat bot is garbage.... and they dont update the web site ever!! i dont know how they stay open..
Rented a washer from this place amd was quoted 16.99 a week. Just to find out that it was actially 17.99 and after fees get added in that were 100% not disclosed at all that 16.99 a week is really 25 dollars a week. Beware. One of the fees is for what I was told is insurance even though the machine is covered for a year by the manufacturer. Bad enough you will pay almost 2000 dollars for a 500 dollar washer, live and learn. Completely misquoted. I used rent a center a long time ago with no issue and no ridiculous hidden fees, but will never use them again. Also, there was a promo code that said $10 dollars covers first payment, amd that was also a lie as I was asked to add to it to cover the first payment.
They delivered a couch set that I had selected. The next day they called me and asked me how everything was going. I told him, to tell the truth I didn't particularly care for the couch after using it for 24 hours it was uncomfortable due to back problems. They offered to bring a different couch set out going so far as to send me pictures and having me select which couch I would like. The Manager and delivery were courteous, kind, really cared what their customer thought and we're total professionals. I have used Rent-A-Center off and on for the last 20 years and this is why. People really care about their customers and go up and above what most companies nowadays would.
Sam was outstanding to work with here. He is an extremely helpful and caring person. I rented furniture for my mom as we had to move my mom to assisted living quickly. Sam delivered the furniture we discussed on time and when we were done renting, he picked it up timely as well. Thank you Sam!
